Agency for Development of Aquaculture, Kerala (ADAK) is an autonomous body established on 24.05.1989 and registered under the Travancore-Cochin Literary Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act 1955, promoted by Department of Fisheries, Government of Kerala is constituted especially for the development of shrimp farming by channelizing Kuwait fund with technical consultancy of Aquatic Farms, Ohio, USA.
