1. Rebuild Kerala Initiative (RKI) - fish production in cages through participatory approach with beneficiaries of scheduled tribe in Banasurasagar Reservoir, Wayanad District.
By included in the RKI project, an administrative sanction of Rs.3.2 Crore has been received as per Government Order G.O (Rt) No. 484/2019/F&EA dated 14-11-2019 for implementing cage fish farming project  at the Banasurasagar Dam in Wayanad district by engaging indigenous tribal members in cage farming.  The said project is being implemented by participating  the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes as beneficiaries who live depended on the dam. Fish farming is carried out in 6x4x4 m sized  90 HDPE cages. Mostly GIFT fish are reared in cages. An amount of Rs. 298 lakhs has been received and the fund was fully utilised. 29.59 tons of fish has  been harvested and a revenue of Rs. 53 lakhs has been generated till date.
2. Pradhan Manthri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) – Establishment of Brood bank for pearlspot through selective breeding at Ayiramthengu Brackish water fish farm
As per G.O (Rt) No. 647/2020/F&P dated 03/11/2021, an administrative sanction for Rs. 500 lakh has been accorded for setting up a brood bank for developing high yield variety of Pearlspot through selective breeding at Ayiramthengu brackish water fish farm. It is targeted to develop strains of Pearlspot having higher growth rate within next 5-7 years. ICAR - NBFGR is the consultant for the execution of the project. 
3. Pradhan Manthri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) – Participatory Integrated Fisheries Development in selected Reservoirs of Kerala
As per G.O(Rt) No. 646/2020/F & P. dated 3/11/2020, an administrative sanction of Rs 1600 lakh has been accorded for the Participatory Integrated Fisheries Development project. Fish farming is being carried out in 400 cages in Peruvannamuzhi, Karapuzha, Banasurasagar and Kakki reservoirs. From the first harvest, 75.68 tons of fish got and an income of Rs 128.05 lakh received. The project aims at enhancing the reservoir fish productivity by tapping the unutilized resources. The project attempts to improve the living conditions SC/ ST community who depends the reservoir for their livelihood, through improved utilization of the reservoir fishery potential by adopting culture based fisheries approach.
Moreover to this, as per Government Order No. 47/2022/F&P, dated 27/01/2022 administrative sanction has received for an amount of  Rs.1081.80 lakhs under the project "Integrated Fisheries Development in selected Reservoirs in Kerala". The objective of the project is to install 100 HDPE cages each in Neyyar, Peechy and Idukki reservoirs for fish farming. Eco Development Committee members from tribal communities living in the vicinity of these Reservoirs get employment through this project. As part of the project, HDPE cages are installed and the seed are kept and cared for. Out of Rs.9,61,80,000/- received, Rs.8,70,01,230/- has been spent.

4. Fish Feed Mill, Thalai
Administrative sanction has been obtained as per the G.O(Rt) No. 746/2017/F & PD dated 27/09/2017 for the construction of the fish feed mill with a production capacity of 500 kg per hour. A trial run has been conducted and the unit has been set up for the production of fish feed with the technical assistance of Central Institute of Brackishwater Aquaculture, (ICAR-CIBA), a central government agency. At present, most of the fish feed required by Kerala is supplied from other states. In this sector, private producers and entrepreneurs play an important role. In view of the fact that it is necessary to intervene in the government sector to control the price of fish feed in a manner that will bring relief to the farmers and to ensure the availability of feed for aquaculture.
5. Scampi Hatchery, Valanjavazhi
For this project as per G.O(Rt) No. 555/2020/F & PD dated 06/10/2020 an administrative sanction of Rs 176.2 lakh was obtained. The project is to establish a fresh water prawn Hatchery at Valanjavazhi in Alappuzha District for fulfilling the increasing demand of the prawn seed for the farmers, with the targeted production of 4 million Post Larvae annually. The Kerala State Coastal Area Development Corporation (KSCADC) has been entrusted with the task of carrying out the construction work. 
6. MUSSEL HATCHERY & MARINE FIN FISH BROOD BANK, PUTHIYANGADI
Administrative sanction of Rs.500 lakh has been obtained for this project as per the G.O(Rt) No.556/2020/F & PD dated 06/10/2020. The construction work is being carried out by the Kerala State Coastal Area Development Corporation (KSCADC). The project is to explore the possibility of hatchery seed production of brackish water fish/ Mussel/Oyster etc. The project envisage to ensure a steady supply of seeds for the livelihood and income generation of coastal inhabitants through aquaculture. The project is to be implemented at Puthiyangadi, Kannur district. On completion, it is expected that 10 million seeds will be produced. ICAR-CMFRI will be consultant for the execution of the project.
7. Development of Vannamei Shrimp Farming
As part of the development of vannamei cultivation, Vannamei Shrimp Farming project is being implemented at a prioritized pace in Kannur, Thrissur,  Kollam districts and 170 Hectars of farms have selected for vannamei cultivation and steps have been taken for infrastructure development.
